Led by Creative Director and Brand Strategist Christina McLeod Caruso, the studio works with a small number of growth-stage founders each year, delivering the kind of senior-level strategic thinking and aesthetic excellence that most founders have to choose between.

I built this studio on a simple belief: women building serious businesses deserve a strategic partner who understands the full picture of their lives, not just their marketing plan. The most ambitious founders I know are also mothers, caregivers, and humans with full lives outside their businesses.
